• You will not record or store or cause to be broadcast, posted or transmitted any live chat or video call you engage in through the Services. Attempting to do so will result in immediate termination of your call with no refund. Nina S. respects your right to privacy, the same is expected of You.
• You will not use the site or the services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms of Service.
• You will not copy, mirror or unlawfully reproduce any text, images, trademarks, source code or features of the site or The Services.
• You will not use the Site to conduct or transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, racist, sexist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable communications or material of any kind.
• You will not attempt to harm, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the computer systems, devices or networks associated with the Site.
• If you disagree with any of the Terms, You should not use the services.
• Nina S. Reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice to You.

Video Call/Live Chat• Paid video call & live chat services are provided by Zoom Communications Inc. and are subject to their user service agreements.
• As a user You are bound to this agreement which is available to you at the time you book with Nina S. through the Zoom Communications Inc. platform. You can read it here.

Payments & Refunds• Payments are secure and are processed through the Stripe, Inc. platform.
• Payment is due at the time of booking, and is carried out pursuant to the Stripe, Inc. payment policy. You can read it here.
• There are no refunds for completed bookings. A booking is considered completed if it has been scheduled, paid for and the video connection established for the booked amount of time.
• Video calls start and end at the time scheduled.
• Video calls terminated by You prior to the end of the scheduled booking time are considered completed.
• If there is a technical (network or machine) related reason for which a booked call that has been paid for cannot be completed, kindly send a message along with all relevant details to request a refund by emailing [email protected].
• Refunds are subject to the Stripe, Inc. payment policy. Fees charged by Stripe, Inc. are included in the cost of Your booking are non-refundable.
• Refunds, like payments, are secure and are processed through the Stripe, Inc. platform.
• Users will be required to confirm their identity in order to receive a refund.
• Rescheduling of video calls which have not been completed due to a technical (network or machine) related cause is subject to availability.

Privacy• Nina S. stores Your email address and the name given at the time of Your booking request for the purpose of limiting access to the Service by potential bad actors.
• Beyond the above Nina S. Does not collect or store any user information.
• Your information as disclosed to Nina S. in the course of Your use of the services is never recorded or disclosed to any third party. Nina S. Respects your right to privacy and expects the same courtesy from You as a user.
• The relationship between You and Nina S. is one of confidence. Unless compelled to by law for the purpose of responding to a subpoena, information you disclose to Nina S. Is private and invulnerable.
• The trust required to operate The Services in the spirit intended by Nina S. cannot be established or maintained in any other way than to hold sacred the complete privacy of all client communications. Nina S. asks You to operate according to the same spirit in Your use of The Services.
